Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are RFE Incorporated, a privately owned and operated company specializing in, but not limited to building and property management, maintenance, and construction. Our objective is to provide our clients with reliable, effective, affordable service. The ability to provide service accurately and expeditiously is of the utmost importance. To maintain accuracy in the field our employee performance indicators are reviewed on a weekly basis. Another cornerstone of our operating philosophy is to provide dedicated customer service. In addition to our service and management staff members, company owners are always available to our clients and their agents. Every member of a client’s team is afforded the same courtesy and respect regardless of position without exception. Each of our employees are personally trained and evaluated in all areas of customer service by a company owner. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, we pride ourselves on our ability to not only to maintain the daily operations of our clients, but also to respond to and remedy emergency situations regardless of time or location.
RFE Inc. has been in operation since 1994 and has 2 locations in Western Suffolk County with our corporate headquarters located in Bay Shore, New York. Having our headquarters located in central Long Island affords us the ability to provide expeditious services to our clients throughout the island and NY metro area. We employ a service staff of 13 as well as 4 administrators. While we are not the largest company in the area, but our work ethic and devotion to our clients make it seem like we are. With our network of suppliers and dedicated staff we can complete assignments from large scale renovation projects to painting a room and all things in between.
